About the Role
EY’s Team Consulting professionals assist clients in managing and sustaining people, process, and technology change. This includes HR technology assessments, process design & transformation, vendor assessments, defining target operating models, and supporting implementation strategies for HCM and WFM solutions.
We are seeking a Manager to join our rapidly growing Total Workforce Management practice.
Location: UK (details likely in internal discussions)
Responsibilities

HR & Advisory Leadership:
- Demonstrate deep expertise in complex HR technology and Workforce Management (WFM) concepts, including end-to-end implementation lifecycle.
- Lead client engagement teams and collaborate across diverse industries to deliver high-quality advisory services.

Delivery Excellence:
- Foster client relationships by soliciting input, advising stakeholders, and aligning teams on key business priorities.
- Train and mentor colleagues while cultivating an innovative, team-oriented environment.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and risk factors with clear stakeholder communication.
- Proactively seek new opportunities for growth—strengthening partnerships across EY teams and clients.

Key Accountabilities

Consulting Delivery:
- Ensure solution quality and operational effectiveness aligned with client goals.
- Apply business analysis to uncover gaps and recommend scalable improvements.
- Lead requirements workshops, solution mapping, testing, and deployment.

Strategic Business Development:
- Identify and capitalise on growth opportunities, developing long-term client relationships.
- Bring new market insights and opportunities to teams as a trusted partner.

Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated with industry trends in HR tech and consulting methodologies.
- Champion digitisation, technology, and embedded innovation in client solutions.
Skills & Experience
Required:
✔ Degree: Bachelor’s in a relevant field (e.g., HR, Business, IT, or related discipline). ✔ Consulting Proficiency:
- 2+ years consulting experience delivering HR technology and process change initiatives. ✔ Technical Experience:
- Tier 1 Time & Attendance or Payroll solutions – at least one of the following:
- Experience with UKG Pro or Pro WFM (preferred if paired with certification: Timekeeping, Advanced Scheduling).
- OR Payroll systems like ADP/WDIG Edwards/Wave.
- Experience in solution gap analysis, design, testing, and go-live support. ✔ Project Leadership:
- Proven track record in complex HR implementations and post-migration support.
- Demonstrated project management skills to deliver on time/budget. ✔ Stakeholder Engagement:
- Experience facilitating client workshops, requirements documentation, configuration, user acceptance testing.
