Company Description

Vuori is re-defining what athletic apparel looks like: built to move and sweat in but designed with a casual aesthetic to transition into everyday life. We draw inspiration from an active coastal California lifestyle; an integration of fitness, creative expression and life. Our high energy fast paced retail environment is reflected in the clothes we make. We aim to inspire others to take on all aspects of their lives with clarity, enthusiasm and purpose…while having a lot of fun along the way. We are proud to be an outlet for opportunity and for personal growth and success.

Job Description

Vuori is seeking a strategic and dynamic People & Culture Manager to serve as our first in-country P&C leader in Europe. This role will partner closely with the General Manager, UK and local leadership team, while acting as a liaison to our global P&C organization based in the U.S.

As we expand our retail and corporate presence across the UK & Europe, you’ll build the foundation of our local People & Culture function designing people strategies, developing programs and workforce plans that support both immediate business needs and long-term growth. You’ll create scalable processes, ensure compliance with local legislation, and deliver a thoughtful, consistent employee experience aligned with Vuori’s values and culture.

This is a unique opportunity to shape Vuori’s culture in a high-growth market. You’ll balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, bring clarity in moments of change, and help teams thrive across stores and HQ environments. As a collaborative, optimistic self-starter with strong business acumen, you’ll operate with autonomy, adapt global practices for local relevancy and impact, and drive operational excellence as Vuori continues to grow in Europe.

In this role, you'll be a member of the Global People & Culture team and report to the Sr. Manager People & Culture as well as work cross functionally across the broader P&C organization.

What you'll get to do:

  • Establish scalable and compliant people practices that align with both European & UK legislation and Vuori’s global People model.
  • Serve as a connector between the UK team and our Global People & Culture organization, ensuring clear communication and strategic alignment.
  • Partner with our Global P&C COEs to co-design programs and infrastructure needed for sustainable growth across retail stores and corporate roles.
  • Drive talent strategies and organization design that support business growth & future market expansion within the region through thoughtful workforce and operational planning.
  • Provide insights on regional trends, risks, and opportunities that influence global people initiatives, P&C roadmap considerations, and organizational planning.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
