Role Summary and Impact
T&P, part of WPP, is one of the world's leading full-service creative and media agencies, connecting talent and tech to drive growth for brands. Key Responsibilities
You will demonstrate expertise in:
- Audience targeting: Build and target audiences across addressable and non-addressable media, ensuring the definition and feasibility of reaching scale.
- Strategy design: Help craft media and communications strategies to engage specific audiences, including channel planning for execution.
- Ecosystem planning: Collaborate closely with channel specialists to design and plan the connections ecosystem for campaigns.
- Campaign management: Act as the primary liaison between clients and channel specialists, managing relationships with client decision-makers (Marketing Manager level) and internal teams (creative, strategy, AI, analytics).
- Team oversight: Mentor and develop Account Executives, ensuring their growth and performance.

Essential for this role:
- A broad understanding of all media channels (paid, owned, earned) and their role in communications strategies.
- Proficiency with audience planning tools such as YouGov.
- Interest in data (sources like Google Trends, Meta, or Google Analytics) and its application in media planning.
- Ability to derive clear, actionable media insights from diverse data systems.
- Collaborative mindset, with an appreciation for how media informs creative planning (and vice versa).
- Experience managing brand and performance campaigns.
- Track record of managing client relationships with conviction.
- Strong presentation skills, delivering compelling, passionate pitching.
- Commitment to fostering a collaborative, inclusive culture—working effectively with teammates, specialists, and upstream leadership.
- Eagerness to develop as a people manager, supporting and empowering junior team members.
- Keen attention to detail, accuracy, and meeting deadlines.
- Passion for media campaigns and what defines their success.
- Proactive development mindset, particularly in AI—a willingness to explore ways the latest technology can enhance daily work.
