Title And Summary

Manager, Platforms Commercialization

Manager, Platforms Commercialization, Consumer Acquisition & Engagement (CA&E)

Overview

Mastercard’s Services is a critical growth engine for Mastercard, delivering innovative solutions through proprietary data, technology, analytics, and expertise. Within Services, the Consumer Acquisition & Engagement (CA&E) team focuses on enabling customers to acquire, engage, and retain consumers more effectively.

The Manager, Platforms Commercialization role is a dedicated global commercialization position focused on CA&E platforms, including Personalization, Loyalty, and integrated platform-led solutions. This role exists to close a critical gap: building consistent, high-quality, beautifully written, and repeatable go-to-market (GTM) assets, demos, and enablement that increase field confidence and accelerate platform-led selling.

Reporting into the VP, Platforms Commercialization, this role partners closely with Global Product, Regional Sales, Enablement, and Operations teams to translate platform capabilities into compelling narratives, practical sales tools, and scalable enablement. The role is execution-focused but highly strategic in shaping how platforms are understood, positioned, and sold globally.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
