Overview
Mastercard’s Services is a critical growth engine for Mastercard, delivering innovative solutions through proprietary data, technology, analytics, and expertise. Within Services, the Consumer Acquisition & Engagement (CA&E) team focuses on enabling customers to acquire, engage, and retain consumers more effectively.
The Manager, Platforms Commercialization role is a dedicated global commercialization position focused on CA&E platforms, including Personalization, Loyalty, and integrated platform-led solutions. This role exists to close a critical gap: building consistent, high-quality, beautifully written, and repeatable go-to-market (GTM) assets, demos, and enablement that increase field confidence and accelerate platform-led selling.
Reporting into the VP, Platforms Commercialization, this role partners closely with Global Product, Regional Sales, Enablement, and Operations teams to translate platform capabilities into compelling narratives, practical sales tools, and scalable enablement. The role is execution-focused but highly strategic in shaping how platforms are understood, positioned, and sold globally.

Key Responsibilities
Be the Storyteller of CAE Platforms
Through deep understanding of the CAE Platforms ecosystem, you’ll turn complex features and products into narratives that articulate what we’re building in clear, compelling ways. You’ll be able to tie those features into thought leadership that looks across the entire marketing landscape, grounding what we do in relevant insights from across the industry.
Platform Playbooks & GTM Kits
Develop platform GTM materials, including playbooks, ICP guidance, discovery frameworks, ROI narratives, case studies, and objection handling for both standalone and integrated platform solutions.
Enablement & Field Readiness
Deliver platform enablement through live sessions with regional leads, on-demand materials, and regular refresh cycles that improve field confidence and consistency in platform selling.
Cross Functional Partnership
Work closely with Global Product, Regional Commercialization, Sales, and CA&E Operations to ensure platform roadmaps, enhancements, and priorities are reflected in external-facing materials.
Continuous Improvement & Feedback Loops
Incorporate insights from win/loss analysis, field feedback, and competitive dynamics to continuously refresh platform narratives, demos, and enablement assets.
What Does Success Look Like
Improved field confidence and consistency in platform selling A cohesive narrative for CAE Platforms that builds on trends across the marketing landscape Adoption and consolidation of platform demos and GTM assets across regions Completion and quality of platform enablement content and sessions Increased platform influence in integrated CA&E deals Positive feedback from Sales and Product stakeholders on readiness and asset quality

About You
Experience in product commercialization, product marketing, sales enablement, or strategy within technology, platforms, or data-driven services Excellent copywriter that can translate complex topics into easy-to-understand positioning and narratives You’re hands-on and passionate about AI – you know the potential it can unlock and have experience using it as part of your daily workflow Proven ability to translate complex product capabilities into clear, compelling customer value stories Strong execution mindset with high attention to quality, structure, and scalability Comfortable working cross-functionally in a matrixed, global environment Strong communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills Ability to operate proactively, moving from ad-hoc support to planned, repeatable commercialization cycles
