An established and growing management consultancy is seeking a Manager to expand its Commercial & Procurement Advisory practice.

This is a senior leadership opportunity to shape a core service offering while leading complex client engagements, driving business development, and building a high-performing team. You'll have significant influence over strategy, client relationships, and the future growth of the practice.

This position does not currently provide VISA sponsorship

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead complex commercial advisory and procurement programmes across the public sector, specifically within Healthcare sectors (NHS/Trusts).
  • Develop and grow service offerings spanning commercial strategy, procurement, sourcing, and contract management.
  • Drive business development through existing networks and strategic client relationships.
  • Manage multiple client engagements while ensuring high-quality delivery.
  • Build, mentor, and lead high-performing consulting teams while working directly with Senior Leadership.
  • Contribute to the firm's strategic direction and capability development.

About You

  • Experience within a leading management consultancy (Big 4 or mid-sized consultancies).
  • Strong expertise in public sector procurement, commercial strategy, and transformation (healthcare experience is advantageous).
  • A proven track record of leading complex programmes and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Success in winning and growing client relationships and generating new business.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • A collaborative leadership style with a passion for developing people.
