Overview
Mastercard is reshaping the future of money movement, empowering seamless and secure payment experiences for individuals and businesses worldwide. Mastercard Move is Mastercard’s portfolio of money movement capabilities, powering diverse payment experiences—from individual payments to disbursements.
As Manager, Product Management, you will drive the evolution of Mastercard Move’s solutions, including Mastercard Send, at the forefront of payments innovation. This visible and global role requires partnership with a dynamic team committed to high-quality products that prioritise security, fraud reduction, and an optimal user experience.
Role & Responsibilities
The Manager, Product Management is responsible for:
- Leading product management of select use cases under the Mastercard Send umbrella.
- Driving data analytics projects to extract actionable insights and inform decision-making.

Key Priorities
Product Strategy & Vision
- Define and execute the product strategy for Mastercard Move, with a focus on Mastercard Send and related use cases.
- Align solutions with evolving market trends, customer needs, and industry shifts.
Product Roadmap
- Develop product roadmaps grounded in customer feedback, market trends, and competitor benchmarking.
- Prioritise features that enhance security, usability, and scalability.
- Continuously refine user experience and technical execution.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Collaborate closely with engineering, legal, compliance, operations, regional partners, and customer-facing teams.
- Serve as the authoritative bridge for product-related decisions and updates.
Data-Driven Decisions
- Leverage data analytics, A/B testing, and KPIs to assess product performance.
- Transform insights into strategic decisions for feature development and optimisation.
- Present findings to stakeholders to shape future enhancements.
Product Standards
- Champion adherence to industry standards, compliance requirements, and customer expectations.
- Ensure solutions are built securely and ethically.

About You
You are a progressive product manager, adaptable in fast-paced environments, with:
- A strategic and technical mindset ready to innovate in high-visibility, global roles.
- Robust project management skills to align priorities in fast-moving contexts.
- Strong cross-functional influence—experienced in driving complex initiatives across technical and non-technical teams.
- Analytical, presentation, and interpersonal skills to articulate metrics effectively.
- Credentials in payments, technology, or data science, imperative for innovation.
- Passion for payments innovation and its potential to impact individuals and businesses worldwide.
Education
- Relevant BS/MS degree in areas including economics, business, engineering, cybersecurity, or related fields.
Corporate Security Responsibilities
All Mastercard employees and stakeholders are responsible for maintaining information security. This requires:
- Adherence to Mastercard’s security policies and best practices.
- Protection of confidentiality and data integrity when accessing company assets.
- Reporting any suspected security violations or breaches promptly.
- Completion of mandatory security trainings in alignment with corporate guidelines.
