Role Summary

The Manager, SME Business Complete Product owns the product strategy and roadmap for SME Business Complete — Mastercard's integrated value proposition that drives product completeness, cross-sell, and customer stickiness across issuing and acceptance. This role leads 0→1 product development, validates product-market fit through structured pilots, and serves as the strategic bridge between Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams at the C-level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the product strategy and roadmap for SME Business Complete, defining the end-to-end value proposition that drives product completeness, cross-sell, and customer stickiness across issuing and acceptance.
  • Lead product development and go-to-market alignment with GTM and regional teams to translate market signals into scalable product features and packaging.
  • Drive "Right-to-Win" validation by building business cases, piloting in priority markets, and establishing KPIs to measure product-market fit before scaling.
  • Serve as the strategic bridge between Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams — presenting product roadmaps and performance to C-level stakeholders.

Key Qualifications

  • 7+ years in product management/strategy, ideally in payments, fintech, or B2B SaaS.
  • Proven experience building 0→1 products and scaling post-validation across multiple markets.
  • Strong executive storytelling and stakeholder management — comfortable presenting to SVP/EVP audiences.
  • Deep familiarity with SME/commercial card ecosystems, issuer economics, and interchange dynamics.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree in business, strategy, or related field.
  • Experience within Mastercard, Visa, or comparable payment network product ecosystems.
  • Track record of launching and commercializing products in multiple geographies (NAM, LAC, EUR, AP).
  • Experience working with Data & Services teams to embed analytics into product design.
