Responsibilities

Lead and deliver SAP-enabled transformation programmes, specialising in **SAP Production Planning and Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (PPDS) as part of supply chain solutions.

Develop implementation plans that maximise SAP technology efficiencies while minimising project risks.

Design, configure, and align end-to-end solutions to ensure compliance with industry design principles, standards, and methodologies.

Actively participate in client workshops covering:
- Process design
- Industry best practices
- Subject-matter expertise in SAP Production Planning and PPDS across supply chains.

Build and maintain strong client stakeholder relationships to ensure satisfaction and alignment.

Engage in practice development activities to support sales efforts and internal capability growth.

Lead fit-to-standard and detailed design workshops, collecting business requirements and converting them into functional specifications, while mapping out supply chain business processes.

collaborative pre-sales discussions with clients to develop a visionary Supply Chain Transformation roadmap.

Essential Skills & Experience
- Project and workshop leadership: Strong experience in leading S/4HANA project delivery and design workshops.
- S/4HANA Implementation Expertise: Hands-on experience executing full-cycle SAP S/4HANA Production Planning (PP) and PPDS implementations.
- Technical Mastery:
- In-depth knowledge of SAP PPDS implementation, heuristics, optimisation techniques, and Core Interface (CIF).
- Experience designing key Production Planning/PPDS objects (master and transactional data) and their integration with PLM, IBP, and EAM systems.
- Cross-functional expertise in SAP modules such as PS, QM, IBP, EAM, EWM, and MM.
- System integration experience via interfaces (RFC/ALE/IDoc/Web Services) and enhancement frameworks.
- Data migration and cutover planning proficiency.
- Organisational and technical knowledge: End-to-end understanding of business processes and the entire software development lifecycle (analysis, design, testing, implementation, and documentation).
- Industry-specific experience: Familiarity with Process and Discrete Manufacturing industries.
- Leadership in Change Management: Ability to lead user adoption and training within PPDS systems.
- Communication & Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English for client engagements.
- Team Player & Driven: Ability to work collaboratively while maintaining high standards and delivering results.
Desirable Skills & Experience
- Certifications in:
- SAP Associate Production Planning (Cloud or On-Premise).
- SAP Associate Quality Management.
- Familiarity with SAP Digital Manufacturing solutions.
