This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate and reliable forecasting outputs by managing model inputs, supporting analysis of rebate-related assumptions, and coordinating cross-functional activities tied to pricing and forecasting deliverables. The Manager will serve as a subject matter resource for rebate forecasting processes, contributing to both ongoing operational execution and broader strategic initiatives related to underwriting tools and methodologies. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, highly cross-functional environment.

Key Responsibilities

Rebate Forecasting & Model Support

  • Support the execution and maintenance of rebate forecasting processes, including updates to model inputs, tables, and supporting assumptions.
  • Assist with ongoing maintenance of forecasting tools, including updates to rates, modifiers, and override logic as needed.
  • Contribute to coding and troubleshooting within forecasting tools (e.g., formula-based logic and model structures).

Analysis & Reporting

  • Perform ad hoc analyses and reporting to support rebate forecasting decisions, including evaluation of formulary changes, pricing strategies, and forecasting assumptions.
  • Support factor analysis and investigation of changes in forecast outputs, including identification of key drivers and validation of results.
  • Assist in developing materials and summaries to support leadership review and decision-making processes.

Forecasting Process & Seasonal Support

  • Support key forecasting cycles and periodic processes (e.g., bid support, annual refreshes, and assumption reviews), ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
  • Review and validate updates to forecasting assumptions, including confirmation of new or retiring strategies.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
