We deliver tangible results for global businesses, their investors, and stakeholders when complex problems arise, and critical decisions need to be made. Interpath is agile, independent, and conflict-free, and our passion for doing what’s right, every time, sets us apart.

Our diverse teams provide specialist technical knowledge combined with deep sector experience across our service line specialisms. Since our foundation in 2021, Interpath has grown rapidly, and we now have a presence across the UK, Ireland, France, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Spain, BVI, Cayman Islands, Bermuda, Barbados, Hong Kong, Singapore, India and South Africa. By 2030 we aim to be one of the world’s leading advisory firms with a truly global footprint.

Join one of the UK's fastest-growing, established restructuring teams. As a Manager, you'll lead the delivery of a diverse portfolio of restructuring advisory and insolvency engagements, working on complex, high-profile mandates across a range of industries. You'll manage client relationships, mentor and develop junior team members, and work closely with senior leaders to deliver practical, commercial solutions while playing a key role in the continued growth of our Restructuring practice.

Our London Restructuring team advises businesses, lenders, investors and other stakeholders through periods of financial stress, underperformance and change. The team works across a broad range of restructuring and turnaround situations, supporting clients from mid-market businesses through to complex, high-profile mandates. The team is made up of specialists across Complex & International Insolvencies, National Markets, Financial Restructuring, Corporate Simplification, and Contentious matters, providing end-to-end support to help clients navigate challenging situations and maximise value.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery of a broad range of restructuring advisory and insolvency engagements for corporates, lenders, investors and other stakeholders facing financially stressed or underperforming situations.
  • Manage client engagements from planning through to completion, ensuring work is delivered to a high standard, on time and within budget.
  • Analyse financial and operational information, including business performance, cash flow, funding requirements and strategic options, to support restructuring and turnaround recommendations.
  • Develop practical, commercially focused solutions, working with clients and stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, legal advisers, lenders and other key stakeholders, acting as a day-to-day point of contact.
  • Coach, mentor and develop junior team members, supporting their technical and professional development while reviewing their work.
  • Identify opportunities to grow existing client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives, proposals and networking activities.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the wider Restructuring practice and other Interpath service lines to deliver integrated solutions for clients.
  • Stay up to date with developments in restructuring, insolvency legislation and the wider market, ensuring work is delivered in line with regulatory requirements and industry best practice.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Values

Our four core values are the cornerstones of culture at Interpath and steer everything from everyday decisions to larger strategic initiatives. Our Interpath Values are:

  • Do the right thing - Our comfort zone is uncomfortable. We always make the right decision, not simply what is easy or popular.
  • All hands on deck - Stand shoulder-to-shoulder with colleagues and clients, be that physically or from afar. Our individual expertise may find the answers, but implementation happens though teamwork.
  • Passion drives success - The impossible is always possible. We push the boundaries of what is expected because we're never satisfied with the status quo. Our clients expect the right result when they engage with us, and it's only by delivering this that we win.
  • Embrace different - Cultures to mindsets, we welcome all. We believe that people are equal, but not the same.
