The Role: Manager, Sales Operations, EMEA

As a Sales Operations Manager (EMEA), you’ll be the strategic driver behind our EMEA sales performance. This role bridges regional execution and global excellence, ensuring seamless alignment between our teams, processes, and revenue goals.

Core Purpose

Proactively optimise sales processes, technology, and team performance to drive operational efficiency, scalability, and revenue growth. Leverage data-driven insights to eliminate bottlenecks, enhance service delivery, and align systems with our ambitious growth targets.


Key Responsibilities

Sales Process Excellence

  • Lead design, enhancement, and oversight of regional sales processes (EMEA).
  • Own the regional CRM (Salesforce), ensuring compliance and advancing through onboarding/implementation.
  • Develop and refine KPIs, dashboards, and reports to visualise sales health and forecast trends.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Budget, coach, and structure a sales admin team to exceed performance targets.
  • Provide clear communication of processes and changes to regional teams.

Performance Analytics & Insights

  • Analyse and report on sales pipelines, identifying gaps and growth opportunities.
  • Cross-reference sales data with market events, customer patterns, and global trends.
  • Contribute to quarterly/annual revenue forecasting, budgeting, and strategy.

CRM & Digital Tools Leadership

  • Champion Salesforce adoption across the EMEA region, including:
    • User training and change management.
    • Process automation and workflow refinements.
    • Performance tracking via CRM dashboards.

Collaboration & Compliance

  • Bridge regional and global sales teams, ensuring clear communication.
  • Ensure adherence to global policies and regulatory/commercial standards.
  • Support the Senior EMEA Management Team with strategic decision-making and presentations.

What We Expect

  • 10+ years of business experience, combining:
    • 7+ years in sales support/management.
    • Proven expertise in sales operations, ideally in software/tech sectors.
  • Undergraduate degree and track record in continuous improvement initiatives.
  • International client experience, understanding cross-border sales challenges.
  • Acute analytical skills and proficiency in Salesforce/Customer data tools.
  • Strong written/verbal communication, along with stakeholder influence at executive level.

Highly Desirable

  • Detail-oriented troubleshooter who thrives in fast-paced, innovations-led cultures.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally (finance, marketing, tech teams).
  • Customer-centric mindset, translating team goals into superior client outcomes.
  • Experience with modern sales processes and advanced CRM frameworks.
