Manager SAP - Source to Pay The Americas
Location: The Americas
Type: Permanent - Hybrid
Quarterly travel to our Global SAP CoE hubs in France and Mexico may be required.

About The Role
The Manager SAP - Source to Pay The Americas oversees the lifecycle and roadmap of SAP products within the Source value stream, ensuring solutions meet evolving business needs and deliver long-term value.
The role leads a team of SAP Source-to-Pay Consultants responsible for designing, configuring, enhancing, and supporting solutions across end-to-end procurement processes, including sourcing, purchasing, supplier management, inbound logistics, inventory and warehouse management, and integration with payment processes.

Working closely with Business Relationship Managers, Solution Architects, SAP Managers, and global business stakeholders, the Manager ensures effective solution delivery, protects SAP standards, manages product priorities and resources, and drives continuous improvement across the Source-to-Pay landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the SAP Source-to-Pay product roadmap and lifecycle.
- Lead, develop, and coordinate a team of SAP Consultants.
- Oversee solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support.
- Translate and prioritize business needs in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Validate solution quality, functional specifications, estimations, and changes.
- Protect SAP standard solutions and manage necessary deviations.
- Ensure effective support, SLA performance, and resolution of complex issues.
- Drive standardization, continuous improvement, and end-to-end process integration.
- Collaborate across global and multicultural teams.

What we’re looking for
- 7+ years of experience delivering SAP solutions and 3+ years in management roles.
- Strong experience in end-to-end Source-to-Pay and inbound logistics processes.
- Hands-on expertise in SAP MM and WM within ECC and S/4HANA environments.
- Experience in SAP configuration, functional specifications, testing, implementation, and support.
- Proven leadership of SAP teams and end-to-end solution delivery.
- Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in complex, global, and multicultural environments.
- Fluent business English.
- Experience with LE-TRA and SAP Ariba is a plus.
