You’ll join a collaborative, inclusive, growing team that is looking for ideas and energy to continue to support our clients’ digital transformation programmes by delivering strategic change and solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
It’s an energising role, in which you’ll have plenty of opportunities to lead the delivery of transformational workstreams, projects, and programmes, and support the wider team with your knowledge and experience. It will allow you to have the flexibility to lead on workstreams, projects, and programmes, giving you the ability to keep your Agile delivery and ServiceNow skills current.
As you do, we’ll support you in developing your ServiceNow, consultancy, and analytical skills – along with relationships that help shape your career.
Your Key Responsibilities
Here, you’ll work with a portfolio of clients, each with their own backgrounds, strengths, and ambitions where we transform IT, HR, Customer Service, Cyber, Risk, GBS, or other capabilities through the ServiceNow platform.
As a Manager, you will play a key role in helping clients achieve business results through the delivery of ServiceNow engagements. You will be able to manage on-site and remote teams to deliver insightful solutions, balance priorities whilst ensuring on-time and on-budget engagements.
As a key part of the team you will:
- Be empowered to lead a range of initiatives, projects, and programmes to deliver value and successful outcomes to our customers through the ServiceNow platform.
- Lead the shaping, delivery, and financial aspects of these engagements to time and budget using Agile or other delivery methodologies.
- Work with on-site and remote client and EY teams from around the world.
- Lead aspects (e.g., comms/training/solutions) of the overall development to deliver value and successful outcomes to our customers.
- Facilitate workshops and 1-2-1 sessions using the platform to understand client challenges and demonstrate the potential solutions and outcomes.
- Contribute technically and functionally to solutions and sales.
- Set up and lead ways of working to ensure the engagement is delivered in a fun, inclusive, positive, and energetic way.
- Meet and manage deadlines individually, as part of and/or as the leader of a team.
- Build effective relationships with clients; using your expertise to positively impact engagements and stakeholders.
- Experience of building delivery plans (time, resources, and dependencies) and proposals to solve internal or client challenges.
- Participate in knowledge sharing and good practice development, working with the UK, EMEA, and Global teams.
- Coach and develop others, acting as a positive role model for our people and clients.

Skills and Attributes for Success

- Our clients are UK and Globally based, so you’ll need to be flexible to travel as and when the work requires.
To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have
- Proven track record in ServiceNow delivery, showcasing real and sustainable solutions.
- Expertise in project/programme delivery, consistently meeting deadlines and milestones.
- Demonstrated ability to manage diverse groups of stakeholders, fostering commitment and understanding.
- Some experience of people management and ability to manage different types/groups of stakeholders to build commitment and understanding.

Ideally, You’ll Also Have
- Relevant professional experience, including previous work with a Big 4, global management consultancy firm, niche consultancy, or performed an in-house role in which you gained exposure to ServiceNow projects and broader Digital Transformation programmes.
- Experience across ServiceNow solutions and/or other SaaS/PaaS tools
