Responsibilities

  • Partnering with and leading large offshore resources to solving complex business needs, serving as the technical contact
  • Managing your team, including interviewing, hiring, planning, assigning, directing work, appraising performance, and giving appropriate feedback
  • Writing advanced complex code for computer systems, acting as a senior source of expertise, performing reviews, and leading development
  • Acting as an acknowledged go-to person on coding and technical issues
  • Recommending technical strategy and direction across functional area, participating in the development and evolution of architecture
  • Working directly with customers and end-users, and providing design input across a product

Requirements

  • Have a BS degree in Engineering_Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • Have excellent knowledge and experience in project planning and management tools
  • Have substantial Software Engineering experience
  • Have experience in staff resourcing and management, including partnering and offshoring resourcing models
  • Be able to demonstrate excellent organizational skills when dealing with multiple priorities, able to think analytically
  • Be expert in development languages like JAVA_J2EE, JavaScript, JSP, C_C++, HTML, XML, SQL, and environments such as Windows, UNIX.
  • Be a natural problem-solver and able to take a lead in collaborating to resolve issues
  • Have excellent communication skills and the ability to convey information clearly to a wide audience
  • Have great experience in code reviews and development approaches
  • Be very proficient in database technology, design and manipulation, optimization, and best practice
