Tittle - Strategic Partner Manager
Location - London, Hybrid
Contract - 1 year
Pay Range £40–£45/hour via PAYE (Inside IR35)
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Strategic Partner Manager to join our Gaming Partnerships team, supporting key game developers and publishers across the EMEA region. In this role, you will build and manage strategic relationships with gaming partners, helping them maximize the value of Meta's gaming platforms while driving business growth and platform adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage long-term relationships with strategic gaming partners across EMEA.
- Understand partner business goals and create strategies to support their growth on Meta's gaming platforms.
- Drive adoption of new platform features and initiatives that enhance partner success.
- Identify new business opportunities and recommend strategies to increase engagement, revenue, and platform utilization.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, and other internal teams to advocate for partner needs.
- Monitor business performance, analyze key metrics, and provide strategic recommendations based on data and market insights.
- Stay informed on gaming industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7+ years of experience in Strategic Partnerships, Business Development, Partner Management, or Account Management.
- Strong understanding of the gaming industry, including developers, publishers, and platform ecosystems.
- Experience managing enterprise-level strategic partnerships.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
