Role Description 📝:
We are looking for a Manager – Strategy who will play a critical role in driving commercial growth, revenue strategy, and campaign excellence. This role requires a data-driven leader who can design and optimize winning campaigns, analyze business performance, and deliver actionable insights that shape the strategic direction of Winnrz. You will be at the center of business intelligence, strategic planning, and campaign innovation, collaborating cross-functionally with product, marketing, and operations to deliver high-impact outcomes.

What You’ll Be Doing ✅:
- Develop and implement commercial and revenue strategies to accelerate business growth.
- Analyze financial, operational, and customer data to uncover trends, identify performance drivers, and inform decision-making.
- Design, execute, and evaluate campaigns from start to close, ensuring maximum ROI.
- Monitor key KPIs across campaigns, identifying opportunities to improve conversion and retention.
- Partner with product, tech, and marketing teams to align strategy with execution and deliver measurable results.
- Drive market and competitive analysis to inform positioning, expansion, and innovation opportunities.
- Translate insights into strategic recommendations for senior leadership, influencing long-term direction.
Skills & Qualifications 🧩:
- 8–10 years of experience in B2C strategy, consulting, business analysis, or commercial growth roles within fast-paced consumer or tech-driven businesses.
- Proven track record of designing and delivering data-driven campaigns with strong ROI.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.
- Experience in commercial strategy, revenue planning, and customer growth initiatives.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Background in gaming and app first B2C businesses is a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
