Job Title: Strategy & Operations Manager
Location: London
Duration: Contract until September 2027
Salary: £107,993 per year
Role Overview
As a Functional Strategy Generalist, you will play a pivotal role in structuring core business problems, owning deep-dive research, and delivering the analytical insights needed to drive complex, high-impact strategic initiatives. You will serve as a subject-matter specialist on our Product Area (PA) and functional goals, maintaining a comprehensive understanding of how our business unit fits into the broader company ecosystem, operating plans, and OKRs.
This role requires a blend of rigorous data analysis, cross-functional project management, and persuasive communication. You will regularly interface with senior stakeholders to communicate recommendations, build consensus, and mobilize teams toward successful execution.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Analysis & Problem Solving
- Structure Complex Problems: Proactively identify and structure defined (and sometimes ambiguous) business and technical issues for the leadership team.
- Data-Driven Insights: Gather and analyze large volumes of information quickly to develop compelling, evidence-based business recommendations and business case justifications.
- Future of Work Innovation: Synthesize market trends to design business and technology strategies in tandem. Translate insights into action by shortening strategic planning cycles, transforming digital/agile development, and leveraging ecosystem partners.

Operations & Program Management
- End-to-End Initiative Management: Lead key initiatives from inception to completion, driving team-wide alignment and increasing operational velocity.
- Business Operations Leadership: Establish and drive core operational processes, including OKR tracking, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), annual planning, budgeting, and expense management.
- Workflow Optimization: Manage targeting and measurement workflows, driving strategic analysis to optimize business performance and ensure best-in-class execution.
Stakeholder Influence & Communications
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with functional leaders, product managers, and product area leadership to operationalize strategy and ensure timely project delivery.
- Executive Communications: Support executives in defining overall communication strategies across functions and regions, including planning internal events and aligning internal messaging.
- Consensus Building: Act as a trusted advisor to influence decisions, manage stakeholder workflows, and build consensus across diverse teams.

Role Qualifications
Core Proficiencies & Skills
- Business & Data Analysis: Advanced ability to analyse complex data sets, extract actionable business insights, and conduct systems analysis.
- Project & Change Management: Proven track record of managing multi-stakeholder projects and guiding organizations through operational change.
- Stakeholder Influence & Negotiation: Exceptional relationship management skills with the ability to ask effective, probing questions, align leadership, and negotiate outcomes.
- Strategic Frameworks: Deep familiarity with business planning tools, specifically Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
Preferred Experience
- Demonstrated experience working within a matrixed corporate environment, specifically supporting Product Areas or large functional business units.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to quickly master the goals, directions, and priorities of a specific business area.
