Join a leading international strategy consultancy that advises corporates, private equity investors, and management teams on their most important growth and investment decisions. The firm is known for sharp market insight, rigorous analysis, and long-standing relationships with the businesses and funds it works with.

The Opportunity

We are hiring a Manager to lead engagements across the firm's strategy and transaction services work. You will run project teams, own the analysis and client narrative, and work directly with partners on live mandates. This is a role with real ownership from day one and a clear path toward Associate Partner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead commercial due diligence and growth strategy engagements end-to-end, owning the framework, analysis, and final recommendation.
  • Manage and develop project teams, structuring the work and holding the quality bar across every workstream.
  • Turn market data and company economics into clear investment and strategic theses for clients.
  • Act as a day-to-day point of contact for clients, coordinating internal teams and external advisors to deliver on time and to standard.
  • Begin building the client relationships and commercial instincts that lead to origination at the next level.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
