Manager - Structured Finance
Manager, Structured Finance – London, UK
Job Purpose
Liberty Blume Speciality Finance (LBSF) is seeking a talented and motivated Manager, Structured Finance to support the origination, structuring, and execution of complex structured finance transactions. You will collaborate closely with the deal team, assisting in structuring, execution, and transaction management for receivables financing and securitisation deals, while engaging with internal and external stakeholders (clients, legal, treasury, investors, and third parties).
This is an ideal role for candidates with experience in structured finance, capital markets, or corporate finance. You will contribute to the expanding transaction pipeline and shape new product development in a growing, agile business unit.
Key Responsibilities
Transaction Execution & Deal Support
- Support team members in structuring and executing receivables financing and securitisation transactions across asset classes and jurisdictions
- Perform and assist with data analysis, modelling, due diligence, documentation preparation, and negotiation
- Identify and assess new structured finance opportunities
- Engage with external counterparts (banks, investors, law firms, and third parties)
- Support origination through market research, idea generation, client material preparation, and prospect engagement
- Help shape and evaluate new financing products
- Liaise with internal teams including Treasury, Finance, and Legal

Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3–5+ years of relevant experience in:
- Structured finance
- Securitisation
- Capital markets
- Corporate finance
- Strong analytical & modelling skills, with proficiency in:
- Excel (programming knowledge a plus)
- PowerPoint & Word
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with experience working with external partners
- Attention to detail, commercial acumen, and a proactive, self-motivated approach
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Strong collaboration skills with internal stakeholders and external partners
