About the Opportunity
Our Procurement Transformation consulting team at EY works with some of the world’s leading organisations to develop high-performing procurement capabilities. We are seeking experienced procurement professionals to join our expanding team, supporting clients in navigating global uncertainty, volatility, and supply chain risk.
This exciting role offers:
- A dynamic, high-performing, and inclusive team environment
- Collaborative work with some of the world’s most prominent organisations
- Opportunities across various procurement lifecycle stages, including:
- Strategic sourcing for high-value, complex projects
- Supplier Onboarding for critical business needs
- Category strategy development based on market best practices
- Spend analytics to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Supplier performance improvement through leading practice contract management
- Procurement Operating Model Review (OMR) and transformation
- Procurement talent development through training
- Procurement technology such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Artificial Intelligence (AI)
You will work across Consulting, People and Technology practices, gaining hands-on experience in leadership, management, and advanced commercial and procurement methodologies.

Key Responsibilities
As a Manager, you will balance client, business development, operational, team development, and personal development responsibilities.
Focus on Clients
- Build, maintain and strengthen trusted_CLIENT relationships by acting as a procurement advisor
- Drive solution-oriented problem-solving, ensuring timely project delivery
- Develop strong client relationships over time while maintaining focus on current project delivery
Drive Operational Excellence
- Support on-time and on-budget project delivery
- Monitor quality assurance and client satisfaction by managing activities and deliverables
Develop Our People
- Foster inclusive leadership to create diverse, high-performing teams
- Provide mentorship, coaching, and guidance to develop team and client capabilities
Develop Our Business
- Contribute to leading procurement practices and methodology development
- Support the creation and delivery of internal training programmes for our team
- Help shape proposals and thought leadership showcasing EY’s methodologies
Minimum Requirements
This position requires substantial experience in procurement, consulting, or industry transformation. Key qualifications include:
- At least 5 years of procurement experience
- Strong project management and change delivery experience
- Proficiency in analytical skills (e.g., navigating complex data, identifying insights)
- Ability to influencer and collaborate across diverse stakeholders
- Experience in managing teams, offering support, coaching, and mentorship
- Strong comms skills to articulate complex findings and recommendations
