We are partnering with a growing, people-focused organisation to appoint an experienced Total Rewards Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to join a business where reward is recognised as a strategic enabler of growth, employee engagement and business performance.

The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping compensation, benefits and reward programmes across the organisation, ensuring they remain competitive, equitable and aligned to business objectives.

Working closely with HR, Finance and senior business leaders, you will lead annual salary reviews, compensation benchmarking, pay transparency initiatives, benefits management and reward reporting, while providing expert advice on all aspects of Total Rewards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading annual compensation and salary review processes.
  • Managing reward benchmarking and market analysis across the UK and Ireland.
  • Designing, reviewing and administering employee benefits programmes.
  • Supporting pay transparency and pay equity initiatives.
  • Partnering with HR, Finance and business leaders on reward-related decisions.
  • Producing meaningful reward analytics and insights for senior leadership.
  • Ensuring reward programmes remain compliant with UK and Irish legislation.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve reward processes through AI, automation and technology.
  • Supporting job evaluation, grading and reward governance where required.

You will have:

  • A minimum of four years' experience in Compensation & Benefits and/or Total Rewards.
  • Essential experience in handling Total Rewards across both the UK and Ireland.
  • Strong knowledge of UK and Irish reward practices, employment legislation and pay transparency requirements.
  • Experience leading salary benchmarking, annual pay reviews and benefits administration.
  • Advanced Excel skills and the ability to analyse and interpret complex reward data.
  • Experience working with HRIS and payroll systems.
  • A commercial mindset with the confidence to influence and advise senior stakeholders.
  • A proactive approach to leveraging AI and technology to improve efficiency and decision-making.
