TPRM Manager – EY

At EY, we’re all in to shape your future with confidence.

We’ll help you succeed in a globally connected powerhouse of diverse teams and take your career wherever you want it to go.

Join EY and help to build a better working world.

Want to be part of an already market-leading Cyber Practice?

The Opportunity

We are looking for a TPRM Manager to drive and shape the next wave in development. As a growth area in cyber security, this role enables you to be at the heart of critical Digital Transformation projects supporting the most pressing business priorities.

The UK Financial Services (UKFS) Cyber & Resilience team is part of a global group of over 5,000 professionals dedicated to delivering cutting-edge security and resilience transformation. Together with our 18,000-strong consulting practice, EY is expanding aggressively in this space—planning five years of significant growth.

The financial services sector is changing rapidly under increasing regulatory scrutiny, operational costs, and disruptive technological pressures. This role allows you to play a pivotal role in shaping resilience strategies alongside ambitious go-to-market expansion plans.

Your Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Business Development

  • Shape EY’s Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) strategy with insights shaped around emerging technologies, ESG integration, and AI-driven risk intelligence.
  • Work directly with Partners and Directors to define go-to-market strategies, secure high-impact client engagements, and drive practice growth.
  • Influence resilience trends in financial services and build EY as a thought leader in third-party risk evolution.

Client Delivery

  • Lead multi-million-pound TPRM engagements, managing budgets, teams, and delivery against quality, time, and financial targets.
  • Oversee scoping and planning for prospective engagements, including thought leadership, solution development, and alliance partnerships.
  • Champion AI, automation, and continuous monitoring technologies to redefine TPRM capabilities.
  • Develop next-generation frameworks (e.g., continuous monitoring, ESG risk control, AI-assisted risk intelligence).
  • Manage regulatory response programs for DORA, EBA Outsourcing, PRA SS2/21, and beyond—helping clients adapt.
  • Lead operational model design for scalable and modernised systems (e.g., ServiceNow VRM, Archer, ProcessUnity).
  • Provide financial control (staffing, revenue forecasting, issue escalation) while driving commercial success.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
