Transaction Advisory Manager - £65,000 - £80,000 plus bonus

We're looking for an experienced Transaction Advisory Manager to join a growing Financial Services team delivering financial due diligence on buy-side and sell-side transactions for private equity and corporate clients across banking, insurance, wealth management, lending and fintech.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead financial due diligence engagements from planning to delivery.
  • Manage client relationships and present key findings.
  • Review and prepare high-quality reports.
  • Coach and develop junior team members.
  • Ensure projects are delivered efficiently and compliantly.

About You

  • ACA, ICAS, CA, ACCA or CIPFA qualified.
  • 3+ years' post-qualification Transaction Advisory/Deals experience.
  • Strong Financial Services due diligence experience.
  • Commercial, analytical and client-focused.
