Manager, Transaction Services - M&A Deal Advisory

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Transaction Services Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead and support buy-side and sell-side deals, providing comprehensive financial due diligence to ensure successful transactions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, deal advisory, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead financial due diligence for buy-side and sell-side transactions
  • Analyse financial statements, models, and data to assess deal viability
  • Collaborate with clients, legal teams, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions
  • Identify potential risks and opportunities during the deal process
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management and clients
  • Mentor junior team members and support their development

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or CFA preferred
  • Proven experience in transaction services, deal advisory, or financial due diligence
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Prior experience with buy-side and sell-side deals is highly desirable
