What You'll Do
Responsible for a single manufacturing facility or plant. Directs all aspects of production activity at the assigned plant to ensure that the desired quantities and quality of products are manufactured on schedule in a safe manner at minimum cost.

First level of managerial position.

Typically manages a department of Professional track employees but may also have support track direct or indirect reports.
