About Us
We are a leading supplier of corrugated Flexo-printer machines worldwide. As we accelerate our globalization strategy, we are seeking a BD manager/director to spearhead our expansion across the European markets and grow our international footprint.
Key Responsibilities

Customer Development and Market Planning
- Collecting and analyzing customer background, requirements, financial plans, procurement budgets, understand competitor information, identify problem and opportunity points
- Conducting market segmentation
- Determine market strategies
- Identify issues and support needed to achieve goals

Product Planning
- Collecting and analyzing product requirement from the market, as well as competitor’s product information

Customer Relationship Management
- Customer visit
- Customer complaint handling

Qualifications & Requirements

Industry Experience
- 4-5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development at corrugated machinery industry. Familiarity with the equipment and business models of this sector is essential

Language Skills
- Excellent multilingual communication skills. Must be fluent in at least two of the following: English, French, and Latin languages (such as Spanish, Italian, or Portuguese)

Mobility & Travel
- Willingness and ability to undertake frequent business travel within Europe. Must hold the legal right to travel within the EU without restrictions (e.g., EU passport, EU residence permit, or a valid multiple-entry Schengen visa)

- Exceptional cross-cultural communication, negotiation skills, and resilience. High self-motivation with a proven track record of independently developing new markets.
