Manager/Senior Manager - ServiceNow Consulting
Job Title: Management Consultant – ServiceNow Transformation We are seeking an experienced Management Consultant to support large-scale ServiceNow transformation programmes for enterprise clients. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping organisations design, implement, and optimise ServiceNow solutions to drive operational efficiency, digital workflow automation, and improved service delivery.
Key Responsibilitie sLead end-to-end ServiceNow transformation engagements, from discovery through to implementation and optimisatio nWork with senior stakeholders to define target operating models and digital transformation roadmap sTranslate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CS MSupport process redesign and service optimisation aligned to industry best practice sCollaborate with technical teams, architects, and developers to ensure successful platform deliver yManage project risks, dependencies, and change impacts across complex environment sProvide thought leadership on ServiceNow capabilities and emerging platform feature
