Overview
CreditFlow, a product from FINSIGHT, is seeking a senior leader to serve as the Managing Analyst - Europe ABS/Structured Finance Capital Markets Research & Data.
This role sits at the intersection of structured finance markets, data, and product development, with a mandate to build and scale a real-time new issue intelligence platform for banks and institutional investors.
FINSIGHT provides unparalleled visibility and actionable insights that enable better execution in capital markets and corporate finance activities. You will play a critical role in shaping product strategy, driving market engagement, and delivering differentiated insights across the European securitized products landscape.
Key Responsibilities
Research & Content
- Monitor new issue flow across the market to ensure we are capturing all deals
- Produce intraday written commentary on new deals coming to market
- Analyze and compare new issues versus relevant comps and secondary market benchmarks
- Generate high-value, actionable insights for clients in a fast-moving environment
- Ensure content is timely, accurate, and differentiated

Market Engagement & Intelligence
- Maintain continuous dialogue with investment banks, issuers, and institutional investors
- Gather market feedback to refine product features and data coverage
- Develop deep insight into new issue dynamics, deal trends, and investor demand
Product Development & Strategy
- Partner closely with all functions across the business to enhance the real-time new issue product for capital markets participants
- Source and structure new issue data across ABS and broader structured finance markets
- Contribute directly to feature design, product roadmap, and go-to-market strategy
- Lead the rollout and adoption of the product across banks and institutional investors
- Serve as a key market-facing voice representing the product and platform
Leadership & Team Building
- Play a central role in hiring and developing the editorial/analysis team
- Contribute to sales hiring decisions, ensuring strong alignment with product and client needs
- Provide leadership in shaping team structure, workflows, and editorial standards
Data & Operations
- Collaborate with the data team to ensure accurate, real-time deal flow coverage
- Establish processes for data validation, quality control, and scalability
- Drive continuous improvement in data capture, enrichment, and delivery

Business & Product Scaling
- Exercise leadership in launching, scaling, and commercializing the new issue product
- Work closely with sales team to support all facets of the sales process
- Align product development with client demand and revenue opportunities
- Support broader strategic initiatives across capital markets research and data

Ideal Candidate Profile
- Deep experience in European structured finance / ABS / capital markets
- Strong network across banks, issuers, and institutional investors
- Proven ability to combine market expertise with data/product thinking
- Experience producing high-quality, time-sensitive market commentary
- Leadership experience building or managing teams
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build from the ground up
