Managing Associate

Senior/Managing Associate (full-time)

About the Firm

Birdi Group was founded by Kush and Leena Birdi, two lawyers who sought to create a firm where they could practice with passion, surrounded by inspiration—both for themselves and others.

Their guiding philosophy, "Infectious Enthusiasm", centres on the belief that high-quality work is expected, but it’s the attitude and mindset that truly drive value. This approach fosters strong, lasting client relationships and ensures clients feel a genuine curiosity, empathy, and energy. At Birdi Group, every client is greeted with authenticity, positivity, and excitement—helping to create memorable and transformative outcomes.

This ethos, now The Birdi Way, has made the firm renowned not just for technical excellence, but for being an enjoyable and energising place to work.

  • Elevate quality and pace in our work
  • Scale with the firm, with clear progression to profit-sharing and equity partnership for the right candidate

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
