Our regulatory capabilities are at the forefront: our finance lawyers actively engage with industry committees, including the Joint Associations Committee, ICMA, FMLC, and FOA, shaping responses on retail structured products, UCITS, AIFMD, and ETFs.
The Opportunity
We are seeking a deal leading senior associate to expand our Structured Products team, based in our London or Bristol office. This is an opportunity to join a fast-moving, globally recognised practice, advancing your career alongside some of the brightest legal minds.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work across international, cross-border engagements with πρέπει of our European, ME & APAC network.
- Provide bespoke legal advice on structured products and derivatives transactions for leading investors and banks.
- Collaborate with partner-led structures, ensuring responsiveness and commercial pragmatism.
- Sell into our existing client base and explore new opportunities with targeted outreach.
- Support cross-departmental teams, including our regulatory and commodity sectors.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 5–7 years PQE (or near-equivalent) with strong Structured Products experience from elite City or international firms.
- Proven record in complex derivatives and structured deals across a broad range of client types.
- Top-tier academic credentials relevant to finance and transactional law.
- Demonstrated client-focussed mindset and willingness to engage in business development initiatives.
- Commercially astute, with an aptitude for problem-solving in high-pressure environments.
