Managing Associate/Legal Director

Responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to: Shape the Future of Our Finance Practice Legal Director/Senior Associate – Banking & Finance In this strategic and high-impact position we are looking to hire a finance lawyer ready to take the next step in their career and join our award-winning corporate team. This role offers a unique opportunity to help shape an existing banking and finance offering into a more unified and visible market practice. You will be instrumental in helping to guide our current practice in a new direction as part of the team. In this role, you will: Lead on the delivery of banking and finance work in a growth-oriented banking and finance practice, with a chance to help shape an extension into Private Credit and Private Capital. Build on an existing institutional platform that already boasts deep-rooted bank and lender relationships. Strengthen cross-referrals from our market-leading real estate, corporate, and private wealth teams to ensure a consistent pipeline of work of borrower-led and private lender work. Leverage and build existing relationships within a supportive and ambitious team, helping to create a more unified and visible market practice. About you Established Banking and Finance Legal Director/Senior Associate 5+ years PQE ideally with strong connections and relationships at existing banking clients and corporate borrowers Proven ability to deliver profitable institutional lender work Strong relationships across banking markets Ideally has established relationships and connections with private credit funds, alternative lenders and exposure to ESG/sustainable/green finance Hybrid working statement
