Principal Consultant/ Managing Consultant / Team Lead - Founding Hire | Bromley
Build an office. Not just a desk.
We're not looking for someone to join an established team and blend in. We're looking for the first experienced hire to help launch and grow our brand-new Bromley office, a unique opportunity to become the foundation of what we expect to develop into a 20–30 person business over the coming years.
From day one, you'll work directly with our Founder, while plugging into our established markets, proven infrastructure, delivery support, and experienced leadership team. You'll have everything you need to hit the ground running, with the autonomy and influence to shape the future of the office.
Why GH Engage?
We're entering an exciting phase of growth:
- Our London business has grown organically from 18 to almost 50 employees in the last 24 months.
- Our US division has expanded from 0 to 25 employees over the same period.
- This year alone, we've broken our company record for deals completed in a single month and twice achieved our highest-ever monthly Net Fee Income (NFI).

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
