What You Can Expect
- Be part of our management team, helping shape and launch new service propositions while driving strategic business growth in the Energy Transition Sector.
- Lead business development initiatives — building trusted client relationships, owning outcomes, and delivering innovative, high-impact solutions.
- Collaborate with clients as a respected advisor, accelerating the development and deployment of sustainable and negative emissions technologies.
- Lead multi-disciplinary teams delivering high-impact scientific and engineering solutions across Carbon Capture, Sustainable Fuels, Electrification, and Water.

Qualifications
Essential requirements ✅
Even if you don’t meet every requirement below, feel free to still apply as we are often hiring for similar roles which your background might be better suited to.
- Significant experience leading complex science and/or engineering development and advisory services in the Energy Transition sector.
- Proven consulting and commercial experience, either within a consultancy or through equivalent internal advisory roles.
- Strong client relationship management and business development skills, with a track record of initiating and winning work.
- Experience in one or more of the following value chains: Carbon Capture, Sustainable Fuels, Electrification, or Water.
- An established network of senior decision-makers and potential clients across the Energy Transition sector.

Please note that the interview stages may be subject to change based on the specific requirements of the role.
- Introductory Call with one of our senior Talent Acquisition partners to explore your background, the opportunity and PA.
- Round 1: 3x competency interviews, allowing you to meet different members of PA.
- Final Round: Business plan presentation with PA leaders – you will be given guidance and time to prepare in advance.
