Managing Consultant – Education Location: Manchester City Centre

The Opportunity Our Manchester City Centre office is thriving—ambitious, collaborative, and on an exciting growth journey. With expansion plans well underway, we’re looking for a Managing Consultant to play a central role in driving performance and supporting the wider team.
This is a senior, hands-on position ideal for someone with experience across SEND, Primary, or Secondary education, and a strong 360 temporary recruitment background.
You’ll take ownership of a HOT desk while acting as a key support to leadership—driving your own success while helping elevate those around you.

In this role, you will: Run and grow a high-performing 360 temporary desk Support and mentor consultants within the education division Drive personal and team billing performance Build and maintain strong client relationships across schools and education providers Collaborate with leadership on growth strategies and market opportunities Share best practice and support the development of less experienced consultants Contribute to a high-performance, collaborative team culture Ensure compliance and safeguarding standards are consistently met
