Job Description We are seeking an accomplished AI consulting expert to help drive our AI Agentic capabilities in the Financial Services sector. The Managing Consultant (equivalent to Director level) will focus on building the Artificial Intelligence (AI, Agentic) practice that will help us deliver AI-driven transformation for Financial Services organisations in the UK (ideally Banking but also Wealth & Asset Management and Insurance). As part of our wider Financial Services team, the MC will leverage their knowledge and connections of the FS Industry, to guide clients through their AI strategies, from adoption through to value realisation. Key objectives: Working closely with FS Partners and our AI Capability leads, help build an FS AI business for PA. This will be achieved by leveraging deep expertise in AI and combine this with the insight, knowledge and resources already available within PA Consulting. Be instrumental in the execution of a go-to-market strategy to expand the firm’s presence in AI transformation, capitalising on emerging Agentic trends such as: Compliance Automation (KYC/AML/Regulatory Reporting) Fraud Detection and Prevention Autonomous Credit Risk Assessment Customer Service & Customer Journey Automation Trading, Treasury Automation Real-time monitoring and Operational Risk Management Manage and oversee engagements, deliver outstanding outcomes that will lead to extensions and new opportunities for our AI capabilities Be a key player in the development of AI proposals, specific to individual client needs/situations PA is highly regarded as trusted advisors for successful end-to-end transformation and candidates will ideally have experience in numerous phases of an AI driven transformation lifecycle A proven track record of advising C-suite stakeholders, and leading large-scale transformation programmes is essential. Qualifications Experience and skills required: An understanding of management consulting, how it is structured, the frameworks, financial principals etc. Ability to influence at the C-suite level and have a network of contacts that will help navigate the FS industry to achieve penetration within new buying centres in existing clients and open new business opportunities. A deep understanding of the AI topics and trends that affect the FS industry, these could include: Fraud & Risk Management Customer Service & Personalization Process Automation Regulatory Compliance Lending & Credit Decisioning Customer Insights & Marketing Operations & Treasury Optimization Payments Optimization Document Intelligence An ability to contribute to the development of robust business development plans that can to help meet revenue and sales targets for AI in FS. A strong understanding of end-to-end transformation programmes and a track record of successfully managing delivery engagements, ideally with experience of: Scoping/pricing/planning commercially sound programmes Steering, managing and governance of programmes/teams High-quality delivery excellence Consistent in achieving follow-on business and extensions #LI-JK1
