About the Role
Capgemini Invent is the digital innovation, design, and transformation arm of the Capgemini Group, helping CXOs envision and shape the future of their organisations.
Within Invent, the Enterprise Data Analytics (EDA) team specialises in delivering analytical solutions and advisory services that help major private and public sector clients unlock value using data and artificial intelligence.
As a Managing Consultant / Senior Manager – AI-Driven Process Analytics within EDA, you will lead and deliver strategic process transformation initiatives with a strong focus on leveraging data, analytics, and AI to drive operational excellence and optimise process performance. You will work with fellow consultants to deliver projects, build compelling offers, and develop capability around AI-driven Process Analytics, data-driven service redesign, and Agentic AI automation.
This role involves working closely with clients and internal stakeholders to translate complex process and operational challenges into robust solutions that drive measurable impact.
As a valued Managing Consultant / Senior Manager in our Operational Analytics team, you will be involved in creating compelling offers and propositions, building capability, and delivering projects across the following areas:
Key Responsibilities
AI-Driven Process Analytics
- Guide the design and implementation of AI-driven process models, across complex system landscapes.
- Oversee the development of data pipelines, including data extraction, transformation, normalisation, and quality controls to support scalable AI-enabled process discovery.
- Direct the application of ML techniques (clustering, sequence modelling, anomaly detection) to identify automation candidates, bottlenecks, and root-cause patterns.
- Shape intelligent automation pathways, working with engineering teams to embed ML-supported decision logic into workflow engines, RPA bots, agentic AI, and orchestration platforms.
- Define technical governance and model controls, including monitoring, drift detection, explainability requirements, and compliance frameworks across discovery and automation models.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to build client capabilities in data & AI literacy and process analytics.

YOUR PROFILE
You should possess a skillset that combines rigorous thinking, creativity, and thoughtful leadership. Below are key skills and experiences we look for (but not every candidate will meet all criteria):
Technical Proficiency

Process Mining & Intelligence Platforms:
- Celonis or other market-leading tools (Signavio, ARIS)
- UiPath Process Mining / Task Mining
- Microsoft Power Automate Process Mining
- Automation Anywhere (including Discovery Bot)

Intelligent Automation & Orchestration Tools:
- RPA platforms (Blue Prism, UiPath, Automation Anywhere)
- Workflow orchestration tools
- Low-code / No-code applications (Power Platform, Appian, Mendix)

AI, Analytics, and Machine Learning for Process Improvement:
- Application of ML/statistical techniques in operational environments
- Experience with LLMs, GenAI, and Agentic AI in automation or decision-support contexts
Consulting & Leadership Skills
- Experience leading end-to-end process transformation or optimisation programs
- Ability to design, shape, and deliver automation initiatives
- Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and commercial acumen
- Expertise managing teams in Agile or multi-disciplinary environments
- Track record in developing new propositions, offers, or capability areas
- Exceptional storytelling skills for translating technical insights to non-technical stakeholders
