As a Recruitment Technology and Transformation Specialist, you will shape and deliver recruitment technology strategy in response to growing client demand. This role sits at the intersection of recruitment strategy, innovation, and technology enablement, with a focus on enterprise platforms such as:

  • Oracle Recruitment
  • Workday Talent Acquisition

You’ll:

  • Drive market credibility and shape how senior client stakeholders view recruitment technology as a core lever for future-ready talent acquisition.

  • Play a key role in:

    • Acting as a trusted advisor to global recruitment leaders, shaping their view of the future of recruitment and the technology required to enable it.
    • Leading go-to-market recruitment technology propositions, specialising in:
      • SmartRecruiters implementation,

    • Providing expertise across platforms like ATS, CRM, and AI-driven talent intelligence and automation (e.g., SmartRecruiters, Phenom, Eightfold).
    • Driving innovation in recruitment technology, converting emerging trends into practical, scalable solutions.

Your Profile

Mandatory:

  • Client-facing experience in functional SmartRecruiters implementation—experience with SmartRecruiters is a requirement; other systems (e.g., Phenom, Eightfold) are highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to support technology solutions for talent acquisition (e.g., end-to-end Talent Acquisition transformation, including:
    • Target Operating Model (TOM) design,
    • Recruitment process and experience design,
    • Technology-enabled service delivery,
    • Change management).

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
