ServiceNow Architect

At Capgemini Invent, we believe difference drives change. As inventive transformation consultants, we blend our strategic, creative, and scientific capabilities, collaborating closely with clients to deliver cutting-edge solutions. Join us to drive transformation tailored to clients' challenges of today and tomorrow. Informed and validated by science and data. Superpowered by creativity and design. All underpinned by technology created with purpose.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect to join our growing Employee Experience and HR practice. This role sits at the intersection of technology leadership, client advisory, and delivery ownership, helping organisations transform their employee and enterprise service experiences.

You will play a pivotal role in shaping ServiceNow platform strategies, leading end-to-end implementations, and driving high-quality solution design across large-scale transformation programmes. This is an opportunity to develop from a ServiceNow architect into a strategic technology leadership role, working with global clients while building your reputation within a leading consulting and transformation organisation.

Solution & Architecture Leadership

  • Own the end-to-end architecture and solution design for ServiceNow implementations
  • Produce and maintain technical design documentation, ensuring alignment with client requirements and platform best practices

Engagement & Delivery Ownership

  • Lead end-to-end engagements, including delivery governance and stakeholder management
  • Oversee delivery teams without direct responsibility for configuration or development

Client Advisory and Strategy

  • Define ServiceNow platform strategies and roadmaps for customers
  • Act as a technology advisor, guiding customer leadership teams, programme stakeholders, and delivery teams
  • Liaise with ServiceNow representatives and ecosystem partners

Business Development

  • Lead responses to RFP and RFI requests
  • Drive proposal development and deliver winning client presentations

What Makes This Role Unique

  • Opportunity to lead high-impact transformation programmes across global enterprises
  • A blend of architecture, advisory, and delivery leadership
  • A clear pathway into senior technology leadership and sector ownership
  • Work within Capgemini’s strong ServiceNow ecosystem and partnerships

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
