Key Responsibilities
As a Managing Consultant, you’ll:
- Shape and launch innovative service propositions while driving strategic business growth.
- Lead business development initiatives:
- Build trusted client relationships, own outcomes, and deliver high-impact, creative solutions.
- Collaborate with FTSE 100 clients as a respected advisor, guiding them through complexity with clarity and innovation.
- Support your team’s growth through coaching, mentorship, and career development opportunities.

Requirements
Essentials ✅

- Proven leadership experience in architecture and development teams, delivering end-to-end solutions for complex client challenges.
- Strong understanding of the defence sector, complemented by experience in areas such as banking, insurance, payments, or wealth management.
- Ability to design and communicate architectural strategies across domains: application, business, integrations.
- Skill in building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, translating technical insights into measurable business value.
- Track record in business development:
- Pre-sales engagement
- Proposal development
- Client management
- Familiarity with architecture frameworks (e.g., UML, ArchiMate) and emerging technologies (cloud-native, IoT).
- An established network of senior stakeholders, prioritising long-term client partnerships.

Assessment Process

Work Arrangement
