Are you a senior technology consultant who can win business as well as deliver it?

With multiple hires planned over the coming months, they're looking for commercially-minded Managing Consultants who combine deep technical expertise with a proven ability to grow client accounts and generate new business.
If you've built trusted C-suite relationships, led major technology transformation programmes and consistently contributed to consultancy sales, this could be an excellent next step.
The Opportunity
This is a leadership role where you'll split your time between advising clients, leading complex technology engagements and helping grow the consulting practice.
- You'll work with senior executives across major public and private sector organisations, helping them solve critical business challenges while identifying opportunities to expand existing relationships and win new work.
Success in this role is measured not only by delivery excellence, but by your ability to develop long-term client partnerships and contribute to business growth.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
