We seek experienced Strategy and AI leaders with sharp commercial acumen and a knack for translating AI technologies into enterprise-wide transformations. You'll guide engagements from strategy to execution, enabling the shift towards AI-enabled enterprises while contributing to the growth of our AI Strategy practice.


YOUR ROLE

This position straddles strategy, innovation, and delivery—ideal for individuals who excel at tackling complex problems. Your work will span:

  • Designing autonomous, AI-powered data platforms – Lead the creation and evolution of next-generation, self-optimising data and AI platforms driving both operational and analytical workloads. New cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP) will enable agentic AI capabilities, producing systems that can reason, adapt, and act with minimal human supervision.

  • Enabling intelligent cloud transformation – Architect hybrid and multi-cloud data ecosystems, transitioning legacy platforms to AI-centric, adaptive architectures for enhanced scalability, performance, and resilience.

  • Innovating with agentic and generative AI solutions – Design, deliver, and scale solutions for advanced AI systems, including agentic workflows, LLM-powered applications, and decision intelligence platforms.

  • Automating for speed and reliability – Develop and streamline data pipelines, infrastructure provisioning, and deployments using DevOps practices, CI/CD, and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).

  • Advising on enterprise data strategy – Shape the vision for enterprise data platforms, developing architecture blueprints, roadmaps, and communication strategies to engage stakeholders and drive adoption.

  • Delivering impact through design excellence – Apply user-centric design and storytelling principles to create compelling data platform solutions. Leverage industry frameworks like TOGAF and DAMA to ensure consistency, compliance, and scalability.

  • Supercharging delivery with AI – Leverage AI to accelerate delivery and innovation for both client and business needs. Foster experimenting with new AI/automation technologies to build proof of concepts, automate tasks, and enhance workflow efficiency.

We're hiring exceptional Data Platform Architecture & Engineering Consultants to lead design, implementation, and optimisation of modern, enterprise-grade data platforms. Your deep knowledge of cloud-native architectures, data engineering, and DevOps will help organisations accelerate innovation and thrive in their data-driven future.


Your Profile

As part of the Data & AI Strategy Team, you’ll pave the way forward in Data & AI Architecture and Technology consulting. We’re looking for versatile, creative problem solvers with a passion for emerging technologies. You’ll stand out if you drive strategic change through AI—not just technical delivery, but by shifting how organisations operate, compete, and create value.

Crucial Skills & Experience

While we welcome a diverse background, you’ll likely align with the following strengths:

  • Strategic Thinking: Crisp problem-solving skills with a knack for structuring complexity and crafting actionable recommendations.

Tech & Consulting Experience

  • Strategic Leadership in Data, Analytics & AI Architecture:
    • Experience shaping end-to-end AI/ML domains and optimising workflows through automation.
  • Expertise in Data Technologies:
    • 10+ years in data technology and architecture, bolstered by strong consulting roots.
  • Transformational Consulting:
    • Proven success in AI-enabled, cloud-first roadmaps and driving enterprise maturity journeys.
