We're Hiring | Managing Director – Construction & Development

Integritas Property Group is seeking an exceptional Managing Director to lead the operational delivery of our development business.

This is one of the most senior appointments our business has ever made.

We're looking for a proven leader with extensive experience in residential development and construction who can take responsibility for the day-to-day leadership of the business, ensuring our developments are delivered safely, commercially and to the highest standards.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will oversee construction, technical, commercial and operational teams while working closely with funders, consultants, contractors and key stakeholders.

The Opportunity

This is far more than a traditional construction role.

We're looking for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on leadership—someone who can make decisions, solve complex problems, build high-performing teams and drive projects forward in an increasingly challenging regulatory environment.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
