Job title: Managing Director

Location: Henley-on-Thames

Salary: £80,000-£120,000 (FTE) per annum, depending on experience

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Full time

We are looking for an exceptional Business Development Manager to join our growing Partner Practice, someone with a true growth mindset who thrives on building people, pushing performance, and creating a culture of success. This is more than a management role. It is an opportunity to shape, lead, and grow a team of advisers, making a real impact on both individual careers and overall business performance.

The Role:

  • Driving sales performance and growth across the practice
  • Leading from the front, managing, motivating, and inspiring advisers to succeed
  • Building and developing a high-performing team, aligned with our ambitious vision
  • Providing hands-on mentoring and coaching to help advisers reach their full potential
  • Creating a culture built on accountability, continuous improvement, and excellence
  • Ensuring strong adviser engagement and retention through effective leadership and support
  • Identifying and developing future talent within the team
