Are you a dynamic, forward-thinking leader with a passion for driving sales and developing high-performing teams?
We are looking for an exceptional Business Development Manager to join our growing Partner Practice, someone with a true growth mindset who thrives on building people, pushing performance, and creating a culture of success. This is more than a management role. It is an opportunity to shape, lead, and grow a team of advisers, making a real impact on both individual careers and overall business performance.
The Role:
- Driving sales performance and growth across the practice
- Leading from the front, managing, motivating, and inspiring advisers to succeed
- Building and developing a high-performing team, aligned with our ambitious vision
- Providing hands-on mentoring and coaching to help advisers reach their full potential
- Creating a culture built on accountability, continuous improvement, and excellence
- Ensuring strong adviser engagement and retention through effective leadership and support
- Identifying and developing future talent within the team

What We Are Looking For:
- A proven Sales Manager or Team Leader with a track record of delivering results
- A natural leader who is passionate about coaching, mentoring, and developing others
- Someone with a strong growth mindset who embraces challenge and drives change
- Experience in building and managing successful teams
- High energy, resilience, and the ability to influence and inspire
- A genuine desire to create a positive, high-performance culture
