As we continue to expand our client portfolio, invest in our services and grow our team, we’re seeking a Managing Director to help shape the next chapter of the business.
This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious agency leader to join an established independent business with strong foundations, a talented team, and significant opportunities for future growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the agency’s senior leadership team, providing strategic direction and support to deliver long-term objectives.
- Oversee sales strategy and new business activity, strengthening client relationships and identifying opportunities to grow the agency’s portfolio and service offerings.
- Ensure effective operational delivery across all departments, enabling seamless scaling of the business.
- Foster a positive, collaborative culture within the team.
- Work closely with the marketing team to drive brand awareness, thought leadership, and market positioning, enhancing CNS Media’s industry reputation.

- Proven experience in a senior leadership role within a marketing, media, advertising, or communications agency.
- Strong commercial acumen, with a track record of driving growth and organisational performance.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

- A strategic thinker with a hands-on leadership approach.
