We are seeking an experienced Managing Director to lead a fast-growing SME specialising in engineered materials and precision-manufactured products supplied to customers worldwide. - Proven leadership experience within engineering, manufacturing, industrial products or a related sector.
- Strong track record of growing businesses and delivering profitable growth.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and mentoring senior leaders.
- Commercially astute with expertise across sales, operations and supply chain management.
- Hands-on leader who thrives in a dynamic SME environment.
