Managing Director, Commercial & Growth
Influencer Marketing / Creator Economy Boutique Influencer Agency Hybrid Working
A specialist boutique creator marketing agency is seeking a commercially driven leader to take ownership of day-to-day operations, commercial growth and team leadership. This is an opportunity to step into a senior leadership role, driving profitability, building a scalable sales engine and reducing reliance on key accounts while working closely with the Founder on long term business growth.
The agency has a track record of success with some pretty impressive case studies aligning brands with top tier international talent and influencers in some impressive and highly effective case studies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the agency's day to day operations and commercial performance
- Develop and execute growth strategy, new business acquisition and pipeline management
- Drive pricing, scoping and margin improvement across all client engagements
- Build a repeatable sales engine including prospecting, partnerships, outreach and CRM discipline
- Strengthen and expand existing client relationships while identifying new profitable growth opportunities
- Develop new Influencer Marketing partnership proposals with new clients and brands as well as growing existing partnerships
- Lead, mentor and develop a high performing multi-discipline team, creating accountability and clear ownership
- Oversee forecasting, resource planning, reporting and operational delivery standards
- Manage senior client relationships and act as escalation point where required
- Support hiring decisions and future organisational growth planning

- Proven success winning and growing client relationships within agency environments
- Deep understanding of influencer marketing and the creator economy, trends, measurement, best practices and effective ways for creating partnerships with brands
- Strong commercial acumen across pricing, margin management and business profitability
- Experience leading teams and managing operational performance
- Track record building sales pipelines and delivering sustainable revenue growth
- Understanding of creator, influencer, social media or talent partnership eco systems
- Ability to operate effectively within entrepreneurial and founder led businesses
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills at senior level
- Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands on execution
