About us

We are an ambitious and expanding UK contractor delivering specialist services across fire protection, rail and civils, and infrastructure solutions. We have a specialist fire protection business, providing accredited passive fire protection, active fire systems, and fire suppression services. Holding both BAFE and IFC accreditations, the company works with facilities management providers, housing associations, public sector organisations, and commercial clients across the UK.

With strong foundations already in place, we are seeking a commercially driven leader to take the business to its next stage of growth.

The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Managing Director to lead the business forward, taking full responsibility for both its commercial success and operational performance. You will shape the future direction of the business by securing new opportunities, developing high-performing teams, strengthening client relationships, and delivering sustainable growth. With a clear objective of doubling revenue and expanding the workforce over the next three years, this role offers genuine autonomy and the opportunity to make a significant impact. Reporting directly to the Group Director, you will operate with the freedom to lead the business while contributing to the wider strategic objectives of the Group.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
