Location: Surrey
Salary: up to £110,000 basic salary + bonus + executive benefits

Operating across the BMS, HVAC/R, sensors, controls, and integrated systems sectors, the business delivers engineered solutions that support mission-critical environments where technical expertise, reliability, and long-term customer relationships are fundamental.

The person:
You will be an experienced Managing Director, General Manager, or Divisional Director with a demonstrable track record of leading engineering, technical, or industrial businesses with full commercial accountability.
Your background is likely to include:
- Full P&L ownership with responsibility for delivering sustainable revenue and profit growth.
- Leadership within engineered products, building technologies, controls, HVAC, BMS, automation, or technical solutions businesses.
- A strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities while maintaining operational excellence.
- Experience developing high-performing leadership teams and creating a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.
- The credibility and presence to influence at Board level and build trusted relationships with customers, suppliers, and Group stakeholders.
- A leadership style that combines strategic thinking with pragmatism, integrity, and a genuine passion for developing people.
