About Us

We operate remotely across London, Paris, and Amsterdam, producing international commercial and editorial projects. We manage a curated private roster of 7–10 photographers and directors working globally.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day running of the business, alongside our Head of Production, while managing our roster of photographers and directors.
  • Lead the day-to-day operations of the company.
  • Manage relationships with artists, clients and agencies.
  • Negotiate projects, develop estimates and contracts.
  • Develop new business opportunities and maintain existing client relationships.
  • Work closely with production to ensure projects run smoothly from enquiry through delivery.
  • Support financial planning, invoicing and overall business management, alongside our Head of Production and bookkeepers.
  • Oversee logistics, travel, and accommodations across various locations alongside a dedicated production assistant.
  • Oversee all jobs to ensure consistency in quality, process, and communication, without executing every task personally.
  • Conduct final review and reconciliation checks with Head of Production before project closure.
  • Manage production communications when the Head of Production is unavailable.

Ideal Candidate

  • Significant experience at in-house artist management agency, and/or production company leadership is a must.
  • Proven experience in an MD and Agent role.
  • A strong network within commercial photography, film and advertising.
  • Extensive hands-on experience working alongside producers in commercial photography and/or film shoots would be a bonus.
  • Strong expertise in budgeting, scheduling, and resource planning.
  • Proven experience managing budgets for international high end clients
  • Demonstrates excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and quality control.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience managing production teams, freelancers, and interns.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Confidence managing multiple international projects simultaneously.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach and strong commercial awareness.

Details

  • Contract: Freelance maternity cover (9-12 months)
  • Open to: 3-4 days spread across the week
  • Dates: October 2026 – July/October 2027
  • Location: Fully remote (UK and European time zones) with the exception of shoots
  • Salary/Day Rate: Dependent on experience
