What You’ll Be Trusted to Lead
- Provide strategic leadership across executive development and coaching activity
- Oversee performance across two divisions, aligning delivery quality with broader business priorities
- Strengthen relationships with corporate clients, partners, and senior stakeholders
- Lead operational improvements that enhance efficiency, consistency, and client outcomes
- Support business growth through commercially informed leadership and disciplined execution
- Mentor and align senior teams around performance, standards, and strategic direction
- Contribute to the continued evolution of the organisation’s service offering in response to market needs
- Support the integration of AI-enabled tools and approaches that improve leadership development and coaching effectiveness
